Payment Delivery Returns

Throughout the ordering and delivery process, OGHome will provide on going communication via email to ensure customers are kept up to date with their order status.
Payment Methods
All major credit and debit cards are accepted by OGHome
Customers who have a PayPal account may prefer to use our PayPal payment facility
  Customers wishing to pay by cheque will need to send a cheque for the full amount, including delivery cost (where applicable). We only accept postal or bank cheques expressed in pounds sterling, payable in the United Kingdom.Please make cheques payable to JI Harris Ltd and send to OGHome, 106 Halgey Road, Oldswinford, Stourbridge, DY8 1QU
Orders will be processed as soon as cheque funds have cleared.

Delivery Options
FURNITURE DELIVERY AND RETURNS
All Furniture items will be sent via a carrier.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery of furniture items should be expected within 3 weeks.
A member of the OGHome team will be in touch with regard to a delivery date and time and will always aim to work with the customer to ensure a suitable and convenient time for delivery of items.
All furniture items will be delivered to the front door of a property. Items will be not be taken inside unless prior agreement has been arranged with OGHome.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all furniture fits inside their property. This includes doorways and staircases. No refunds or returns will be accepted if furniture items don't fit in the property.
IF A CUSTOMER LIVES IN A BLOCK OF FLATS OR IN A PROPERTY WHERE STEPS ARE USED TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY, IT IS UP TO THE CUSTOMER TO INFORM OGHOME OF THIS AT TIME OF ORDER, SO THAT APPROPRIATE DELIVERY METHODS CAN BE USED.
Customers are welcome to collect items from OGHome and this should be specified at point of ordering.
Returns will only be accepted on faulty or damaged items. No items should arrive damaged as each item is quality checked on to the transport vehicle. For full details of returns procedure, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

NON-FURNITURE DELIVERY AND RETURNS
All non-furniture items will be sent via Royal Mail.
Unless otherwise stated, items should be delivered within 7 days.
Delivery will only be charged once, no matter how many items you order.
Returns will only be accepted on faulty or damaged items. For full details of our returns procedure, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
